These Terms apply specifically to Zakhir Gift Vouchers. By purchasing, sharing or redeeming a Voucher, you accept these Terms. General rules governing the Zakhir wallet, privacy, fees and use of Zakhir services are available at https://zakhir.net/ and form part of these Terms.1- The VoucherA Zakhir Gift Voucher is a prepaid, single-use digital code with a stated value. When Voucher is redeemed, the full value is credited to an eligible Zakhir wallet. A Voucher is not a bank account, deposit, loan, credit card or investment, does not earn interest and is not redeemable for cash except where required by law.2- Purchase and eligibilityVouchers may be purchased only from Zakhir authorized sellers. The purchaser must provide accurate information and use a payment method they are authorised to use. The recipient must have an active Zakhir wallet, complete required identity. Zakhir may refuse a purchase or redemption where these conditions are not met.3- Sharing and protecting the codeTreat the Voucher code like cash. Risk of loss passes to the purchaser when the code is generated and made available through the Zakhir platform or another approved channel. The purchaser is responsible for keeping it secure and sharing it with the intended recipient.Zakhir is not responsible for a code that is lost, stolen, copied, disclosed or used without permission after it is made available to the purchaser, and is not required to replace or refund it except where mandatory law applies or the loss was directly caused by Zakhir’s fraud or wilful misconduct. If an unredeemed code may have been compromised, notify Zakhir immediately; Zakhir may attempt to block it but does not guarantee recovery.4- RedemptionA Voucher may be redeemed once, for its full value, through the Zakhir wallet application. After successful redemption, the code is exhausted and cannot be reused, reversed or moved to another wallet. The credited amount becomes wallet balance and is governed by the Zakhir Wallet Terms, including all balance, transfer, payment and usage limits.5- Validity refunds and chargesAny validity period, fee, currency. Voucher purchases are final once the code is issued and are not refundable, cancellable or exchangeable, except where required by law or where Zakhir confirms that the code was invalid when issued or an incorrect amount was charged. Third-party banks or payment providers may apply their own charges.6- Prohibited useA Voucher must not be used for fraud, money laundering, terrorist or proliferation financing, sanctions evasion, unlawful activity, unauthorised resale or cash conversion, transaction splitting, use of stolen payment credentials, impersonation, system abuse or avoidance of Zakhir or regulatory limits. Vouchers must not be purchased from unauthorised websites, social-media accounts or resellers.7- Zakhir fraud protection rightsWhere Zakhir reasonably suspects fraud, unlawful or unauthorised activity, technical abuse or breach of these Terms, Zakhir may, without prior notice and without refund to the extent permitted by law, reject, delay, freeze, suspend, deactivate, cancel or void a Voucher; block or reverse a related wallet credit where legally and technically possible; restrict or close a related wallet; refuse future transactions; request another form of payment; recover losses; retain records; and report the matter to CBOS, the Financial Intelligence Unit, law-enforcement bodies or other competent authorities.8- Liability support and changesTo the extent permitted by law, Zakhir is not responsible for losses caused by the purchaser’s disclosure or incorrect sharing of a code, an unauthorised seller, the user’s breach, third-party charges or events outside Zakhir’s reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded. For support or suspected unauthorised use, contact Zakhir promptly and provide the purchase receipt and transaction reference.
